Role Overview

We are seeking reliable, energetic and detail-oriented Food Packing Process Workers / Pick Packers to join our packing and dispatch team. This role is hands-on and involves working on the factory floor to pack, label, and prepare high-quality meal solutions for distribution.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pack finished food products into trays, cartons, and pallets according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and company standards.
- Weigh, label, and seal products in line with production requirements.
- Follow work instructions, SOPs, and HACCP/SQF food safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area (including GMP compliance).
- Assist with stock picking and order assembly for dispatch.
- Operate packing line equipment (after training).
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily packing and dispatch targets.




- Report any issues, shortages, or non-conformance to supervisors immediately.
- Complete food safety and quality records as necessary.

Requirements
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, packing, or warehousing (desirable but not essential).
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or Line Leader preferable.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic English reading/writing skills to follow instructions and labels.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
- Flexibility to work early starts, day shifts, or overtime if required.

Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
