About Alcova

Alcova is the AI adoption and safety company for wealth management. The models are already capable of doing a large share of the operational work inside a skilled services firm. What holds firms back is that they are not set up for AI to act on their behalf, with clear boundaries and oversight, inside the processes and systems they already run.

Getting a firm into that state is organisational and engineering work in equal measure. We build the software layer that lets AI operate inside a firm and we work alongside the firm on the organisational change that goes with it.

The role

You will work directly with our General Manager and CEO on everything that touches sales. Including discovery, running GTM experiments and marketing. You will play a key role in the formation and conversion of our sales funnel.





This is a role for someone who wants to learn how a company is sold and built from the inside.

Who we are looking for

You have around two years of work experience and a bachelor's degree with exceptional results. You have a proven work ethic and can point to evidence of it. We are a venture-backed company moving extremely fast. Expect an intense work environment.

You already use AI across your work and the rest of your life, and you pay attention to what it can do. We build AI products and we expect the people selling them to use it more fluently than our customers do.

You want to found or lead a company one day. We take that seriously and will treat this role as preparation for it, which means real responsibility early and direct feedback on how you are going.
