- Delivery in line with agreed scope, program and budget
- Strong forward planning, proactive, not reactive
- Commercial discipline, cost control and margin protection
- Confident management of variations, EOTs and contractual claims
- Subcontractor performance and site coordination
- Clear, professional client communication

- Commercial confidence you understand contracts, risk and margin.
- A leader who is calm under pressure, visible and clear in communication.
- Someone who anticipates issues early and takes accountability beyond their own project when required.
