Job Description

WorkPac Mackay is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Structural Site Supervisor to join our operations team for upcoming shutdown work across the Bowen Basin. You will lead mechanical crews on 12-hour shutdown rosters, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards on wash plant projects.

This role offers ongoing opportunities with a solid safety culture, leadership responsibilities, and the chance to coordinate across multiple mine sites.
