The Operational Training Standards & Assurance Manager will shape the standards, systems and people underpinning Victorian operational training and build the capability of VICSES' emergency response workforce. Based in Melbourne, this fixed-term, full time role covers the OTR framework, standards, endorsement rules and trainer/assessor workforce.
You will drive implementation of training standards, currency rules and workforce models, with occasional travel and weeknights/weekends meetings.
