As the global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Modernization Sales Consultant to join our Brisbane, Queensland team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions that modernize existing elevator systems.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, New Equipment & Modernization, you will be responsible for growing the Modernization business by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing projects that enhance the performance, safety, and reliability of vertical transportation systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current sales opportunities through construction lead indicators, market research, industry networks, tenders, and customer engagement.
- Develop strong relationships with building owners, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Assess customer requirements and prepare solutions that align with Otis standards and customer needs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business cases for Modernisation and Replacement projects.
- Implement sales strategies to maximize project conversion and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, installation, and service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management activities.

About You

You are a proactive and results-driven sales professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in the elevator industry, building services,



construction, engineering, or technical sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.
- A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Sound computer and CRM skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline are advantageous.
