You will provide day-to-day operational leadership to administrative staff, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality patient administration services that support effective patient care and organisational objectives.Working closely with key stakeholders, you will oversee workforce coordination, service delivery, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also supports staff development, operational performance, and the implementation of efficient administrative processes to enhance patient and stakeholder experiences.**About you**Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:* Lead and supervise administrative staff,
