First Nations Jobs seeks an experienced and dedicated Chef to join our team at Yongah Hill Immigration Detention Centre in Northam, Western Australia. This full‑time role covers 38 hours per week on a 7‑day roster, with weekend work on a rotational basis.

You will assemble, prepare, and produce meals, follow HACCP food safety plans, maintain kitchen hygiene, manage stock, and complete all required documentation accurately and timely. Salary: AUD 80,000–85,000 per year.
