We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support our growing project delivery team on a major industrial construction project in Western Australia.
About the Role
This is a site-based role working on a FIFO roster supporting day-to-day project administration in a fast-paced construction workplace.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll play an significant role in workforce coordination, mobilisation support, reporting, compliance administration, and general project support. You'll be a central point of contact for employees and stakeholders, helping to ensure project administration processes are maintained efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team.
- Coordinate workforce administration activities including timekeeping, roster coordination, leave administration, and personnel record maintenance.
- Assist with mobilisation, demobilisation, travel, and accommodation coordination.
- Maintain project registers, workforce reports, and documentation to a high standard of accuracy.
- Support site compliance, onboarding documentation, and workforce administration processes.
- Liaise with internal teams, construction supervision, and site personnel to support smooth workforce coordination.
- Assist with monthly reporting and general project administration activities.
- Support timesheet and payroll-related inputs to ensure accurate processing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project administration processes and Systems.

About you
- 2-4 years' experience in a Project Administrator, Site Administrator, or similar role within construction, mining, oil & gas, or a major project environment.
- Strong organisational skills with a natural eye for detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a calm and methodical manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels.
- High level of competency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Confident learning new systems and adapting to project-specific processes.
- Proactive attitude and a genuine drive to contribute to both project outcomes and personal development.
- Experience supporting FIFO workforce logistics is highly regarded
