The role leads the Patient Access team and the administration portfolio, collaborating with senior leadership to deliver high-quality service and outstanding patient experiences.
You will oversee patient access operations, waitlists and appointment bookings, drive continuous improvement, and manage budgets and financial reconciliation for CDBS.
