Adore Beauty is seeking a Social Strategy Manager to own our organic social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms. You’ll lead an in-house team spanning influencer marketing, UGC, content creation, community management and retail media, partnering with Creative, Merchandising and eCommerce to embed social from the start of campaigns.

You’ll translate beauty trends and customer insights into social-first content that builds brand love and delivers commercial results,
