We're partnering with a blue-chip organisation to secure a commercially minded Finance Business Partner for their high-performing FP&A; function on a contract basis. Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you'll be a key finance voice for one of the group's major divisions. This is a genuine business partnering role with the autonomy to influence, and a mandate to modernise how the finance team works.

About The Role
We're partnering with a blue-chip organisation to secure a commercially minded Finance Business Partner for their high-performing FP&A; function on a contract basis. Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you'll be a key finance voice for one of the group's major divisions. This is a genuine business partnering role with the autonomy to influence, and a mandate to modernise how the finance team works.
Responsibilities

- Deliver monthly management and Board Pack reporting, including KPI analysis and cost centre reviews
- Support the budgeting and forecasting cycle through data preparation, consolidation and variance analysis




- Partner with divisional stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into clear, consolidated insight
- Provide financial analysis and actionable recommendations that support performance and strategy
- Lead and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives across planning and reporting systems

Skills & Experience

- CA/CPA/ACCA qualified with proven experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting within a large or complex organisation
- A track record of driving automation to replace manual reporting and lift efficiency
- Solid communicator who builds trust quickly and presents confidently to senior stakeholders
- A delivery-first mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and hit the ground running
- Advanced Excel; experience with ERP or planning systems highly regarded
