Role - Role Summary

We are seeking a Project Delivery and Control Officer to provide project coordination, reporting, project controls and administrative support across a portfolio of technology and operational initiatives.

Working within a fast-paced delivery environment, you will play a key role in supporting project governance, reporting, documentation management and stakeholder coordination. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys working across multiple projects and ensuring delivery activities are well coordinated and accurately tracked.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain project reporting, project controls reporting and executive reporting packs
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops and delivery activities
- Record meeting minutes, actions, decisions, risks and issues
- Maintain action registers and follow up stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions
- Support project delivery activities across multiple technology and operational initiatives
- Maintain project documentation, records and repositories within Confluence
- Support project tracking, reporting and change activities using Jira
- Develop and maintain reporting templates, registers and project documentation standards
- Monitor project actions, risks, issues,



decisions and change requests
- Provide administrative and coordination support to project teams and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience in project coordination, project delivery, project controls or project administration roles
- Strong written communication skills with experience preparing reports, meeting minutes and project documentation
- Proven ability to capture discussions and translate outcomes into actionable tasks
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience using Jira and Confluence or the ability to quickly develop capability in these tools
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Experience supporting project governance, reporting and delivery activities

Qualifications & Clearance

- Experience supporting technology, digital transformation, software delivery or data-related projects highly regarded
- Understanding of project management, risk management or project controls methodologies desirable
- Experience preparing executive reporting packs and governance artefacts advantageous
- Experience supporting steering committees, boards or stakeholder forums is highly regarded
- Experience delivering projects within Government or large public sector organisations will be highly regarded
