The BRIT School invites applications for an organised, proactive Deputy SENCo to join our energetic AEN department, working closely with the SENCo on strategic planning and admissions.

You will lead staff line management, coordinate access arrangements testing, and oversee online applications for designated students while planning high-profile events for parents and carers.

You will champion a welcoming, inclusive culture so neurodivergent students can excel across academic and artistic disciplines.
