- Excellent Communication - Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred) - Transport experience or understanding of NHVR regulations is preferred with additional training available

What You’ll Do

- Freight & Logistics Coordination - Keep deliveries running smoothly and on time.
- Regional Network Planning - Oversee and coordinate regional network to ensure deliveries and changeovers.
- Compliance & Safety - Ensure NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards are met.
- Incident Response - Ensure effective communication with Drivers and Depots to support incident response (e.g. blocked highways, road diversions or mechanical breakdowns).
- Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for network improvement to support overall network performance.
- Record Keeping & Reporting - Maintain compliance records and prepare reports.
- Driver Welfare - Conduct regular check-ins to support wellbeing.
- Process Enforcement - Uphold and guide other team members on company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
