HCA Youth is seeking a casual Residential Youth Worker to support children and young people in out-of-home care. You will build secure, trusting relationships and help with daily living, transport, and therapy-informed activities.

Work rosters are set in advance with opportunities for emergency and ad hoc shifts. A certificate IV in Youth Work and WWC are required, plus a willingness to obtain additional trainings.
