Alameda, a recent Spanish‑inspired restaurant in Albert Park, is opening late November, and Valarc Group seeks an experienced Senior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen from day one. Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll head services, mentor junior chefs, manage prep and stock, control food and labour costs, and contribute to menu development while ensuring high standards across all dishes.
You’ll join a collaborative, energetic kitchen and be available for weekends as the team builds the opening
