Full‑time | $80,000–$110,000 + super | Central Coast NSW | Looking for a paediatric OT role with genuine clinical support, a manageable caseload and more space for life outside of work? At Slam Dunk Occupational Therapy, we’ve designed this role so you can focus on being an OT, with clinical work across Monday to Thursday, a gradually built caseload, strong professional support and much of the practice administration taken care of for you.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE
- Four‑day clinical week for full‑time OTs: Client sessions Monday to Thursday, with just 2 flexible paid admin hours completed from home on Friday.
- $80,000–$110,000 + superannuation, based on experience.
- Gradual, sustainable caseload build: Your caseload and billable expectations will increase progressively, matched to your experience and confidence.
- Genuine clinical support: Regular supervision and direct access to an experienced paediatric Occupational Therapist.
- $2,000 professional development budget + 2 paid PD days each year, to support your clinical growth and interests.
ABOUT THE ROLE

- School‑holiday sessions and programs
You’ll work from our shared clinic space approximately one to two days per week,
with the remainder of your clinical work completed in the community across our current Central Coast service area, approximately from Woy Woy to Tuggerah.
SUPPORT TO GROW
You won’t be expected to walk in knowing everything. You’ll work closely with our co‑founder and Head of OT, Izabela, an experienced paediatric Occupational Therapist with advanced training in Sensory Integration. Support and supervision will be tailored to your level of experience, with opportunities to build your confidence, develop your clinical interests and grow alongside the practice.
