VMIA is seeking a senior risk skilled to lead Line 2 operational risk, develop maturity and accountability frameworks, and coordinate risk initiatives across Line 1 in Victoria. You will oversee incident reviews, risk reporting and capability-building workshops for executives and boards.

You will drive risk appetite integration into decisions, manage risk in the management system, and champion a culture of transparency and accountability across the organisation.
