Hospital Sales Representative – Brisbane South / Gold Coast / Northern NSW Cardiometabolic Portfolio | High‑Impact Specialist Engagement | Established Hospital Territory

This is a territory‑ownership position suited to an experienced HSR who thrives in complex clinical environments and is motivated by improving outcomes in diabetes and obesity care.

You’ll engage Endocrinologists, Cardiologists and Gastroenterologists across both public and private hospitals, representing a leading cardiometabolic portfolio across diabetes and obesity.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Driving territory performance through specialist engagement, hospital visits, clinical discussions and strategic call planning
- Building long‑term relationships with Endocrinologists, Cardiologists,



Gastroenterologists and hospital teams
- Executing territory plans aligned to national sales and marketing strategy
- Identifying current prescriber groups treating chronic metabolic conditions
- Monitoring competitor activity and adapting your approach to maximise impact
- Collaborating cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical and Regulatory
- Maintaining accurate reporting across CRM, Medicines Australia requirements and internal systems

About the Territory You’ll manage a diverse hospital‑focused territory spanning: South Brisbane • Brisbane City • Gold Coast • Northern NSW • Tweed Heads • Toowoomba • Ipswich This role requires regular travel and strong autonomy, supported by a high‑performing QLD team.

Who This Suits An experienced, commercially driven HSR who brings:

- 3 years’ ethical pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally hospital or specialist
- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Nursing, Paramedical or Business (preferred)
- Strong clinical communication skills and confidence discussing complex disease areas
- High learning agility, curiosity and resilience
- Proven territory management capability and a track record of exceeding targets




- Residency in Brisbane South/East or nearby
- A valid driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
