About The Role

Join Swinburne’s Scheduling Services team and help deliver effective academic and examination timetables that support our students and staff.

In this role, you’ll work with schools, professional teams and business partners to coordinate academic and exam timetables, room and facility bookings, events and invigilated examinations, while maintaining accurate scheduling information across relevant systems.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused team player who can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and remain professional in a busy environment. Strong communication, problem-solving and digital skills are essential, with experience using Syllabus Plus, Exam Scheduler, Student One or similar systems highly regarded.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team where flexibility, initiative and a commitment to delivering a responsive, student-focused service are valued.

About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, proactive and professional, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Syllabus Plus, Exam Scheduler, Student One or similar systems, and strong digital skills.

Qualifications

A degree without subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in a related field.
