Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to work on residential cadastral surveying projects, primarily apartment buildings ranging from 3 to 15 storeys. You'll bring 2 to 6 years of hands-on surveying experience in the private sector, with a focus on quality assurance and compliance across residential developments.

- Specialize in cadastral surveying for mid-rise residential apartment projects
- Work across the full lifecycle of quality surveying, from planning through to practical completion
- Join a dedicated surveying practice with a solid track record in residential development

Preferred Requirements

- 2 to 6 years of surveying experience in the private residential sector
- Solid understanding of cadastral surveying principles and practices
- Experience quality surveying on multi-storey residential apartment builds
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and compliance requirements




- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Surveying or a related built environment discipline
- Professional membership with relevant surveying bodies (e.g. AIQS, RICS)
- Familiarity with surveying software and digital measurement tools
