WorkingcloselywiththeCFO,youwillhavetheopportunitytoturnyouraccountingknowledgeintomeaningfulcommercialexperienceacrossreporting,budgeting,forecasting,cashmanagementandfinancesystems.

ThisroleissuitedtoaccountingprofessionalswhowantbroaderresponsibilityandtheopportunitytohavetheirskillsandexperiencegenuinelyvaluedwithinanestablishedAustralianbusiness.

AnestablishedconstructionbusinessinNewSouthWalesislookingforaManagementAccountantwhocandemonstratestrongaccountingfundamentals,reliablefinancialreportingcapabilityandtheconfidencetoworkacrossagrowingproject-basedoperation.

WorkingcloselywiththeCFO,youwillhavetheopportunitytoturnyouraccountingknowledgeintomeaningfulcommercialexperienceacrossreporting,budgeting,forecasting,cashmanagementandfinancesystems.

ThisroleissuitedtoaccountingprofessionalswhowantbroaderresponsibilityandtheopportunitytohavetheirskillsandexperiencegenuinelyvaluedwithinanestablishedAustralianbusiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Managemonth-endaccountingprocedures,reconciliationsandgeneralledgeractivities
- PrepareP&L;,balancesheetandcashflowreporting
- Assistwithannualbudgets,forecastsandoverheadplanning
- Monitordailycashmovementsandcontributetocashflowforecasting
- Analysefinancialinformationandpreparereportsformanagement
- Provideaccuratefinancialinformationtosupportcommercialdecision-making
- Reviewandimprovefinanceprocessesandreportingprocedures




- Maintaintheaccuracyandintegrityoffinancialdataacrossfinancesystems
- Workwithfinancesystemsandintegrationstoensurereliablereporting
- SupporttheCFOandfinanceteamwithfinancialandproject-relatedinitiatives
- Collaboratewithoperationalteamswithinaproject-drivenconstructionenvironment

Requirements & Eligibility

- RelevanttertiaryqualificationinAccounting,Financeorarelatedfield
- CAorCPAqualified,oractivelyworkingtowardsqualification
- Strongunderstandingofaccountingprinciplesandmonth-endprocesses
- Experienceinmanagementreporting,budgetingorfinancialforecasting
- StrongExcelandfinancialsystemsskills
- Demonstratedanalyticalandproblem-solvingcapability
- Strongcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills
- Abilitytoworkconfidentlywithbothfinanceandoperationalteams
- Constructionorproject-basedaccountingexperienceisadvantageous
- Jobpacexperienceisadvantageous
