Vocus Group in Victoria is seeking a Voice Engineer to monitor, operate and support critical voice infrastructure within the Operational Command Centre, ensuring availability, performance and resilience of voice services in a 24x7 setting.

You will work with Engineering, Customer Operations and Carriers to manage incidents, conduct fault diagnosis, participate in change activities, and deliver reliable telecommunications services, with Australian NV1 clearance eligibility.
