Night Shift RN Lead - Person-Centered Care Leader Baptistcare York, WA, AU

Job Description

BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Overnight Registered Nurse to lead the night shift at Balladong Gardens in York, WA. This full time role runs Sunday-Thursday, 10:30pm-7:15am, and acts as the on-site clinical lead delivering person-centred care, completing assessments, updating care plans and administering medications.

You'll respond to changes in resident health, supervise ENs and Care Partners, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with Accreditation, AN-ACC and WHS.
