We're looking for an experienced Exterior Cleaning Technician who leads from the front.

Someone who takes pride in quality work, moves with purpose, and can run a job site with minimal supervision.

The Work

- All aspects of professional window cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Soft washing
- Gutter cleaning
- High-access cleaning
- Operating EWPs and specialist equipment
- Leading and supporting crew members onsite
- Delivering high-quality outcomes for commercial, strata and premium residential clients

Preferred Experience

- Professional window cleaning
- Exterior cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Soft washing
- EWP operation
- Crew leadership or supervisory experience

Requirements

- Current Driver's Licence
- Experience in window cleaning, exterior cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing and property maintenance
- Working at Heights and/or EWP tickets highly regarded
- Police Check and Working With Childrens Check

Experience is necessary. We are specifically seeking experienced technicians and crew leaders for this role.
