About the Role

We're recruiting for 4 Procurement Specialists to join a growing team responsible for renegotiating and strengthening a portfolio of strategic supplier contracts for a large maritime program. The team will work to close gaps in existing agreements and draft robust long-term contracts.

The ideal location for this role is Henderson, Western Australia, however we are also considering suitable candidates based in Adelaide.

Highlights

- Locations: Western Australia (Henderson) preference, Adelaide (CBD) accepted.
- Number of positions: 4
- Length: Initial 6-month contract, likely to extend.
- Clearance: Baseline Security Clearance Required.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and renegotiate existing strategic supplier contracts




- Draft new long-term supplier agreements
- Identify and remediate gaps in current contract terms
- Manage contract administration and governance processes
- Set, drive and monitor supplier KPIs and ongoing performance

Skills & Experience

- Robust background in contract administration and governance
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial/supplier agreements
- Systems experience with SAP and IFS preferred
- Comfortable managing supplier relationships and tracking performance metricsMust hold, Baseline security clearance
