Hilti Australia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 9-month fixed-term contract to partner with hiring managers and HRBPs in delivering end-to-end recruitment across attraction, sourcing, selection and pre-boarding. You will focus on proactive hiring, employer branding, university partnerships and reporting to meet regional needs.

The role collaborates with the Malaysia Sourcing team to build pipelines, runs recruitment days for volume hiring, and champions Hilti’s EVP to talent
