Property Claims Executive required for national insurance brokerage

Our client is a well-established insurance broking business with a strong commercial client base. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Claims Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property claims professional who enjoys working closely with clients and wants to move into a more client-focused, advocacy-based claims environment.

You'll manage a diverse portfolio of Commercial Property claims from initial notification through to settlement, advocating for clients and ensuring they achieve the best possible claims outcomes. Working closely with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and service providers, you'll coordinate the claims process and negotiate effective, timely and commercially sound resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have:





- Proven experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Property Claims
- A minimum of 1- 2 years Commercial Property Claims experience is preferred, with Business Interruption experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively manage multiple claims, competing priorities and deadlines
