- Lead, coach and develop Sales Representatives through regular contact, in-field coaching and follow-up development conversations
- Monitor State sales performance, analyse trends and risks, develop action plans for priority areas, and lead execution of cycle priorities, launches and promotional campaigns
- Own key State account and banner group relationships, including Chemistworks, Capital Chemist and Your Discount Chemist
- Conduct regular business reviews and develop and execute annual customer plans
- Identify commercial opportunities and escape risks or market insights in a timely manner
- Provide accurate business reviews, forecasts, customer insights and reporting
- Use key sales systems to support informed decisions
- Manage budgets, CRM data and administration effectively
- Role model professionalism, compliance and values-led leadership

Requirements

- Proven sales management experience, ideally in pharmacy, FMCG or consumer healthcare
- Strong coaching mindset and ability to lift field team performance
- Commercial acumen to interpret results, identify opportunities and drive action
- Strong relationship-building skills across customers, stakeholders and teams
- Confident communication and presentation skills




- Strong planning and prioritisation across people, customers and reporting
- Current driver's licence
- Flexibility to travel as required
