THEOPPORTUNITY

Viva Leisure, parent company to Plus Fitness and one ofAustralia's leading fitness companies, is looking for MemberServices team members to join our Rydalmere club on both a fulltime and casual basis.

The timing is great. Plus Fitness Rydalmere is moving into abrand current facility, with expanded retail and wellness spacealongside the gym floor. You'll be part of the team that opens thedoors, sets the tone, and shows our members what the new clubcando for them.

Your day to day: welcoming members and helping with enquiries,showing prospective members through the club and bringing the placeto life on a tour, driving membership sales, and keeping the clubclean, tidy and presented at a standard you'd be proud to walksomeone through. If you love people, you'll like this role. No twoshifts are quite the same.

We have full time hours for someone ready to build a career infitness, and casual hours if you're after flexibility around studyor other commitments. Either way, you'll get real support, genuinedevelopment, and access to a network of over 200 clubs across thecountry.

SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS;

We are looking for someone with:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness toobtain)
- Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry
- Experience in sales and customer service, ideally withinthe fitness or retail sectors

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

- Providing a professional and welcoming experience for allmembers, visitors, and new joiners, including conducting clubtours and inductions
- Support membership growth by responding to enquiries,following up on leads, and following Viva’s sales process tomaximise conversions
- Engage with members on the gym floor, assist with generalqueries, and promote additional services like personal trainingand group fitness
- Handle administrative duties including phone calls, membersfeedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalatingissues when necessary




- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented club environmentby performing regular cleaning, equipment checks, restockingsupplies, reporting hazards and faults, and supportingoperational and administrative tasks
