Mining Laboratory Technician - Locum (Goonyella Riverside) BHP Group Bowen, QLD, AU

Job Description

BHP is seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician for the Goonyella Riverside Mine in the Bowen Basin, Queensland. Reporting to the Lead Engineer Processing, the role operates on a 7/7 day/night roster and delivers sampling, data entry and analytical results to the IROC and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have proven laboratory experience in open cut coal mining, a robust safety focus and good interpersonal skills.

Locum cover is required ASAP - 6 December 2026. Travel and accommodation is included. Please note that all rates are inclusive of superannuation, taxes, and casual loading, where applicable.
