IT Graduate postion

Responsibilities

- To provide a single point of contact for Customers (Internal users) by receiving and manning of calls, first-line Customer liaison
- To facilitate the restoration of normal operational service with minimal business impact on the Customer within agreed service levels and business priorities
- Provide Server Patching and backup
- To provide first Level (phone) and second level onsite support; troubleshooting and resolution for standard and non-standard PC, hardware, software, printers and network/server
- Process and technical Training will be provided
- Required language(s): English,

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ITE in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical (IT) Service Desk and Onsite Desktop Support or equivalent. Fresh diploma holders are welcome to apply.
