The Prospect

WEM Scape has a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Landscape Tradesperson to join our Maintenance team.

With a strong portfolio of work and multiple projects underway across Sydney’s North and Southwest, you’ll work across a variety of sites maintaining high-quality landscaped spaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain trees, shrubs, turf, garden beds and other softscape elements to ensure healthy growth and high presentation standards.
- Undertake landscape maintenance activities including mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, fertilising and weed control.
- Operate and maintain small plant and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers and spray units.
- Support the Maintenance Account Manager with site inspections, monitoring plant health and ensuring maintenance services meet required quality standards.
- Ensure sites are maintained in a safe, clean and presentable condition and works are completed in accordance with environmental requirements.
- Mentor Landscape Labourers and Apprentices, sharing your knowledge and supporting the development of the team.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

- A relevant Certificate or Diploma in Landscaping or Horticulture, or at least five years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and processes.
- The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Clear and effective communication skills.




- A strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards.
- A Construction White Card.
- A current Driver’s Licence and flexibility to travel between project sites.
