LEASING CONSULTANT / FIELD AGENT | $60K + SUPER | INNER SOUTH-EAST

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Leasing Consultant / Field Agent to join a growing Property Management team in Melbourne's Inner South-East.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for genuine flexibility, with the role available on either a full-time or part-time basis.

The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced Leasing & Field Agent and the wider Property Management team, sharing responsibility for leasing activity, inspections and supporting the team to minimise vacancy periods.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Conducting open for inspections and private inspections
- Managing leasing enquiries and responding to prospective tenants
- Following up applicants and prospective renters
- Processing and assessing rental applications
- Liaising with landlords throughout the leasing process
- Assisting with rental appraisals and preparing properties for market
- Coordinating property access, keys and inspection schedules
- Providing feedback to Property Managers and landlords following inspections
- Assisting with advertising and ensuring listings are presented accurately
- Coordinating photography, floorplans and marketing where required
- Assisting with lease preparation and new tenant onboarding
- Conducting pre-lease inspections
- Ensuring properties are presented to a high standard
- Supporting the Property Management team with general leasing administration
- Working closely with the wider team to minimise vacancy periods





What We're Looking For:

- Previous Leasing Consultant, Property Management or Assistant Property Management experience
- Strong leasing and inspection experience
- Confident conducting inspections independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a predominantly field-based role
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities
- Professional presentation
- Proactive and reliable approach
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent preferred
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

The Flexibility:

The role can be moulded around the successful candidate, with both full time and part-time arrangements available.

The business is open to candidates looking for:

- 2-4 weekdays per week + Saturdays
- 3-4 days per week + Saturdays
- Full-time hours + Saturdays
- A flexible return to the real estate industry
