BaptistCare is seeking a Kinship Care Practitioner in Sunshine for a full time, max-term contract until 30 June 2027. You will support children living with kin or close family friends, providing guidance, resources, and advocacy to carers with compassionate professionalism.

Responsibilities include assessments, tailored support plans, ongoing case management, meetings, and linkages to community services, courts, schools, and healthcare.
