Job Description Sales Role – Working Holiday Visa (Sydney) Up to 58/hr inclusive of super + weekly bonuses up to 2,000

Autra Batteries Australia is a quick-growing solar & battery installer, we specialising in designing, manufacturing, sales and installation of solar panels and batteries. We’re looking for Working Holiday Visa holders who are financially hungry, motivated, and want strong weekly earnings. We prefer candidates with sales experience, but we’re also open to training the right person if you’ve got proven confidence, work ethic, and a genuine drive to learn sales and earn more.

What you’ll be doing

- Talking with homeowners about solar and battery solutions (script + training provided)
- Qualifying interest and booking appointments for senior consultants
- Working towards clear daily/weekly targets with coaching and support

Who we want

- Sales experience preferred (retail, hospitality, promotions, telesales, lead gen, etc.)
- Confident communicator and comfortable speaking with people
- Motivated, financially driven, and competitive in a positive way
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Available Thursday to Sunday and able to commit 3+ months (6+ months ideal)
- Working Holiday Visa holders encouraged to apply
