Recent growth in client demand has led to an prospect for asenior lawyer to join the practice. You would work with our marketleading Partner Elisa deWit, who is one of Australia's most respected climate changelawyers. Your role would be to support the carbon practice withadvisory, commercial and transactional matters. You would beexposed to both Australian carbon market clients, as well asinternational clients and projects in the carbon space. Theopportunity presents excellent exposure for career advancement in arapidly emerging area of the law.

To be considered for this role you must have;

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a reputableEnvironment & Planning, Climate Change, Corporate or Financepractice
- Knowledge of climate change and carbon legislation orpolicy preferred, but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills includingstrong commercial drafting skills
- Strong time management & organisational skills with thecapacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting prioritiessimultaneously
- Client facing aptitude
- Genuine interest in the area of climate change law
