- Define and execute the financial vision for HCPA and Dallo, transitioning the group from a founder-led $20M business to a $500M+ institutional-grade group
- Own the 12–36 month financial plan, rolling 24-month models, capital allocation, and capital strategy
- Design multi-entity architecture, transfer pricing, corporate tax strategy, employee equity structures, and cross-border compliance across the US, Australia, and Philippines
- Lead FP&A;, forecasting, management reporting, unit economics, pricing, market-entry, and expansion analysis
- Own fundraising preparation and execution, investor relationships, cap table management, ESOP pool, dilution modelling, and board governance
- Maintain continuous exit readiness, audited financials, a living data room, quality of earnings preparation, and corporate development initiatives
- Manage risk, governance, litigation finance, insurance, internal controls, fraud prevention, and statutory compliance
- Build scalable finance systems and deliver a 5–8 business-day multi-entity, multi-currency close
- Own liquidity, cash forecasting, currency exposure, banking architecture, intercompany funding, and debt capacity
- Build and lead a global finance organisation across FP&A;, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and Revenue Operations
- Report to the CEO and partner with the COO, CTO, counsel, auditors, advisors, bankers, investors, board, and sales and marketing leadership
Requirements
- Personally scaled a company through the $20M → $100M+ journey in services, SaaS, or hybrid
- Managed 12–24 month financial strategies and adapted quarterly during aggressive changes
- Led fundraising processes and participated in at least one sell-side exit or institutional process
- Genuine US and Australian tax, structuring, and reporting experience; Philippines operations experience is a plus
- Built finance teams, systems, and controls
- Strategic operator with board-level presence and ability to challenge the CEO with numbers
- Experience with financial planning, capital allocation, tax strategy, transfer pricing, FP&A;, investor relations, exit readiness, governance, litigation finance, multi-entity systems, treasury, and global finance leadership
- Experience with ASC 606 / AASB 15, Australian ESS rules, ASIC, ATO, IRS, and Philippine regulatory compliance
- Ability to build and lead finance functions across FP&A;, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and Revenue Operations
