Bene Aged Care is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at the Campbelltown Residential Facility on a casual basis.

About Your Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting older people's dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.

In this role, you will:

- Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care
- Monitor residents' health and respond to clinical needs during night and morning shifts
- Administer medications, manage wound care, and complete accurate clinical documentation
- Provide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on shift




- Support and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards are maintained
- Foster a safe, calm, and respectful workplace for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external health professionals
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support holistic care planning

What You'll Bring

Essential:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
- Strong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to respectful, person-centred care
- Ability to work independently, particularly during night duty
- Current National Police Check, First Aid, and Manual Handling certificates

Desirable:

- Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
