Senior Luxury Client Advisor - Melbourne Stores

$70,000 – $75,000 per year + Super + Commissions

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will take a supervisory lead on the selling floor, support your Store Management team, and set the standard for what an exceptional Louis Vuitton experience looks like. This is more than a sales position.

Key responsibilities

- Create extraordinary client experiences that exceed expectations
- Build and maintain your own client book, with a focus on long-term relationships
- Lead by example on the selling floor and act as a role model across all aspects of the role
- Coach, guide, and motivate the team to perform at their best
- Actively manage the floor and the overall client experience
- Drive your department's sales performance and team confidence
- Prepare and deliver morning briefs and training sessions

About you

- Natural leader — comfortable coaching and influencing a team, even without a formal title
- Exceptional communicator — engaging, empathetic, and skilled at connecting with a diverse client base
- Resilient and resourceful — thriving under pressure with a can-do attitude
- Luxury curious — genuinely enthusiastic about fashion and the Louis Vuitton brand
- Career driven — ambitious, and eager to grow within Louis Vuitton and the broader LVMH group
- Previous experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or another client-focused industry (preferred)
- Track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs (preferred)
