Job Description

We’re currently hiringsessional Trainers (RNs with TAE 40122 or recent training experience)inBunbury, Bussleton, Mandurah and Manjimup.

The opportunity:

Join a passionate education team delivering training in areas such asManual Handling, Basic Life Support, Medications for care workers, along with HISS skill sets including PEG tubes and feeding, Bowel and Bladder care, Diabetes and Insulin Pen administration, Epilepsy and Midazolam, ANTT, Aggression handling, Tracheostomy care, Falls prevention, Dementia care awarenessand much more.

Trainers are provided with clear session plans and resources prior to undertaking training sessions. Assessment responsibilities include both practical observation and marking of theoretical tests.

Casual / Supplementary work opportunities
Rosters provided weeks in advance based on course enrolments
$70.90 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + super

You’re a motivated trainer who’s passionate about adult learning and student success. You’ll need:

- TAE40116or TAE40122 qualificationsOR recent clinical training experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Confidence utilising technology when delivering courses virtually or face-to-face
- RN experience inacute, aged care and/or disability support/NDIS (preference for disability)
- Experience in delivering healthcare training (e.g., Manual Handling, BLS, Medications and NDIS High Intensity Skills Standards Topics)
- Driver's licence and vehicle to travel between locations.
- Must reside and hold full working rights in Australia
