The Opportunity
n
Our high-performing Queensland Environment team is continuing to grow, supported by a strong pipeline of exciting projects across renewables, utilities infrastructure, residential development, Brisbane 2032 Olympics, environmental studies, dams and hydropower, solar energy, energy transition and roads and rail.
n
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Environmental Planning or Environmental Science Undergraduate to join our Brisbane team for an immediate start.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‐on experience within a leading global consultancy, working alongside experienced environmental professionals on a diverse range of major infrastructure projects.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Assist with the preparation of environmental impact assessments, approval applications and environmental management plans.
n
- Support environmental studies, assessments and reporting.
n
- Contribute to project delivery within multidisciplinary teams.
n
- Assist with research, data analysis and technical documentation.
n
- Develop practical skills while working with experienced environmental professionals.
n
n
About You
n
n
- Currently in your third or penultimate year of study in Urban Planning, Environmental Planning, Environmental Science or a related discipline.
n
- Passionate about building a career in environmental planning and consulting.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn.
n
