We're searching for a Shift Maintenance Electrician to join our on-site maintenance team-working an equal-time 12-hour day/night roster in a role that offers stability, development and the chance to work with modern automation and industrial technology.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preventative and reactive maintenance across automated bakery equipment and utilities
- High-level troubleshooting of electrical circuits, instrumentation and PLC systems (Allen-Bradley experience ideal)




- Supporting production teams to drive plant reliability, safety and continuously improve equipment performance
- Identifying improvement opportunities and working within a robust maintenance culture
- Contributing to a positive, high-performance team environment on shift

What You Bring

- QLD Electrical Licence (mandatory)
- Industrial, FMCG or manufacturing experience
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostics capability
- Working knowledge of PLCs and automation (Allen-Bradley highly regarded)
- Safety-first mindset with solid communication and teamwork skills
