Engineering Trades Australia is seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters for multiple opportunities across Sydney, Illawarra and Newcastle regions.

These roles offer an immediate start for candidates looking for a variety of project, workshop and shutdown works.

The Opportunity A variety of opportunities are currently on offer for qualified and experienced Mechanical Fitters across New South Wales, with industry leading OEM's, Engineering companies and EPC's.

Roster

- Varying rosters depending on project
- 10 -12hour shifts
- Drive in and out each day for some projects
- Shutdown works have LAHA
- Saturday work as required
- Immediate starts

About You

We're looking for candidates who have:

- Mechanical Fitter trade qualification
- Previous experience in shutdowns, heavy industrial, mining or similar environments (highly regarded)
- Current Construction Safety Essentials (CSE)




- Current Working at Heights (WAH)
- Current Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket
- Solid commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to travel and work away on a rostered basis
