About the Business:

You’ll step into a high‑impact role with ownership and the opportunity to directly impact our products and customers with brands such as Hunt and Brew, Füll , ProGo, Brownes Chill and Yogo when you join us as a Mechanical Fitter.

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Fitter who will play a vital part in ensuring our assets in Balcatta are optimized to provide the best possible products from a mechanical perspective ensuring our machinery is maintained so that our plant can run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This is a full-time position, working a 12-hour shift pattern of 2 x days, 2 x nights and 4 x days off.

What are we looking for?

- Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment will be highly regarded
- The ability and confidence to work effectively without supervision
- Experience with computerized preventative maintenance programs
- Good planning,



time management and communication skills
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards
- Extensive knowledge and use of fault-finding techniques within an automated production plant.
- Perform work in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, quality, and environmental measurements, (e.g., AS3000, ISO 9000, QMS, Food Safety Systems (HACCP, RMA).
