About the Chance

We are a rapidly growing, diversified wealth management firm specializing in holistic advice for wealth accumulators. We don't believe in slowing our advisers down with paperwork or cold prospecting. In this role, you will be backed by our specialized home loans and property investment divisions, giving you the infrastructure to deliver true holistic strategies. With your admin and paraplanning fully covered, your sole focus will be driving the sales process from discovery to implementation and building lasting client relationships.

Your Day-to-Day

- Client Engagement: Attend pre-booked discovery meetings to diagnose client needs and unpack strategic opportunities.
- End-to-End Advice: Manage the client sales pipeline from initial discovery through to SOA implementation.
- Strategic Collaboration:



Partner with our in-house paraplanning team to formulate compliant, high-impact financial strategies.
- Relationship Management: Act as a trusted adviser, simplifying complex financial concepts and conducting regular plan reviews.
- Cross-Divisional Synergy: Connect clients with our specialist internal teams (lending, property) to deliver complete wealth solutions.
- Compliance Excellence: Ensure all advice strictly aligns with best-interest duties and regulatory frameworks.

What You Bring

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Qualifications: You hold a FASEA/FAAA-approved degree, have passed the national exam, and are active on the Financial Advisers Register (FAR).
- Experience: Proven track record as a Financial Adviser delivering holistic advice, including super, insurance, and SMSF strategies.
- Drive: A 'go-getter' mindset with a strong sales aptitude and a genuine passion for client outcomes.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to turn complex finance talk into simple, actionable advice.
- Location: Ready to work on-site and collaborate daily with our vibrant team in Sydney Olympic Park.
