Head of Visual Merchandising: Lead Immersive Stores T2 Tea Melbourne, VIC, AU

Job Description

T2 Tea is seeking a Head of Visual Merchandising to lead VM across stores, concessions and partner spaces from flagship windows to feature tables. You will set the strategy, uphold standards and drive a explicit T2 story while delivering strong commercial results.

You will build and coach a small team, collaborate with store design and project teams, and leverage AI/automation to focus time on craft rather than admin. Hybrid work from our Collingwood base is offered.
