Stanmore Resources Limited is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for our South Walker Creek mine site on a full-time basis (9 day fortnight). The role partners with site leaders to shape workforce strategy and deliver end-to-end HR solutions in a quick-paced mining environment.
You will influence senior leaders on people and culture matters, manage complex employee relations, and lead change initiatives while mentoring the HR team and aligning actions with site objectives.
