Position Details

Doyalson Animal Hospital | Full-Time Lead Veterinarian Roster: 38-hour week with one in five Saturdays. No after-hours work, Sundays, or public holidays. Competitive base salary plus super plus quarterly leadership bonus/incentives. Caseload: Small animals only. This Visa sponsorship job abroad position offers great opportunities for career growth.

The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Lead Veterinarian to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can shape the future of our practice. You'll have the chance to introduce new strategies, expand services,

You'll be supported every step of the way by the team, with tailored training and professional development.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive veterinary care, diagnose and treat a diverse range of cases
- Lead a collaborative team of veterinarians and veterinary nurses
- Work alongside a dedicated practice manager
- Collaborate with experienced veterinarians and a supportive team of nurses, with opportunities to pursue your professional interests

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent degree recognised in Australia
- 5+ Years experience
- Experience mentoring and leading veterinarians in a supportive veterinary practice is desirable but not essential
- A strong clinical background with a growth mindset
